Tone up, get fit and have fun

Exercising in the water is a great, low impact way to exercise and improve your fitness, strength, endurance and flexibility. Anybody, male or female, young or old can come along and join in. And it’s the ideal exercise for those with arthritis or pregnant moms-to-be.

About the InstructorCarmen Thomas is a Certified Instructor that has 11 years of experience. She has been the Aqua Aerobics Instructor for El Campo Aquatic Center for at least 6 years. Carmen is also a fitness personal trainer at SNAP Fitness. Carmen has lived in El Campo for 29 years and has raised two kids here.
