Maintain and Repair water lines, sewer lines, add new lines to system. Maintain, repair, and keep in good running order the 5 water wells used to produce water for the City of El Campo.

Maintain the Status of "Superior Water System" with "Texas Commission on Environmental Quality". Maintain, repair and keep in good operating order the Wastewater Treatment Plant. To meet all requirements, rules and regulations, required by TCEQ.
