Park Rules & Regulations

Alcohol products are prohibited without a Special Use Permit.
Glass beverage containers and smoking around playground and crowded areas are prohibited.
No bouncy houses/inflatable attractions/water slides allowed at Legacy Park, Evans Park, or Rotary Park.
City parks may not be used in any way to make a profit.
Park in designated parking lots/spaces only. No parking or driving on grass.
Renter agrees to clean/sweep after use – All trash must be picked up including bits of water balloons, piñatas, confetti, etc. Tape and string must be removed from park pavilion walls and tables.
Renter agrees to dispose of all trash in designated trash barrels.
If any damages are found at the park pavilion, Renter will be notified, and arrangements must be made to fix or pay for the damages. If you have a deposit, cleaning fees or damages will be deducted from it before any refund is given. Renter agrees that the City of El Campo will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses occurring in connection with any event or activity at said park or park pavilion.
All Rental Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE - No more than 30 days to reschedule due to weather.
The FULL deposit and fees MUST be paid to secure a reservation. Payments must be made at City Hall, 315 E. Jackson St, El Campo. Payment methods accepted are Cash, Check, or credit/debit card (There will be a third-party convenience fee of 2.65% added to process card payments).
